We will always provide you with an upfront price before you pay us anything. We charge each client a customized flat rate based on your specific needs. Here is our pricing and billing process:
Discovery
Schedule a free virtual session with us to begin the discovery process. The free discovery process allows us to develop a scope of work and hourly rate customized to your specific needs.
Contract
Once we finalize your scope of work, we will provide you with a contract that specifies a flat rate for the work*. This will be a one-time rate for project work or a monthly rate for ongoing work.
Billing
For project work, 20% of the flat rate will be billed upfront, and the remainder will be billed upon project completion. For ongoing work, the flat rate will be billed at the end of each month.
*If the initial scope of work changes significantly, we may need to amend the rate, but we will always communicate with you if this becomes necessary.
